The Ketchikan Senior Center helps elders stay healthy, safe, and independent through offering the following services:

• Hot nutritious meals at the senior center
• Home delivered meals for seniors recovering from illness or surgery
• Door to door transportation
• Shopping assistance and other errands
• Health maintenance activities
• Social and cultural activities

We are open for service Monday through Friday, 8a.m. - 4:30p.m.

Lunch is served at 12noon.

All of our services are designed to help persons 60 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 60 with disabilities may also qualify to receive personalized door-to-door transportation services by obtaining an A.D.A. card from the Borough Clerk’s office.

We are located at the Senior Services Building, 1016 Water Street.

Hours of Transportation Service:

Monday through Friday, 5:15 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.
Saturday, 6:45 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.
Sunday, 8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

The reservations office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays & holidays 11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon.

It is recommended you call at least one day (24 hours) before you will need the ride.
