The Child Care Assistance Program aids low to medium income families with the cost of child care as they work or participate in education or training programs.
The goal of the program is to
ensure that safe, healthy, quality child care is affordable and accessible to
all of Alaska
's children and families.
Funding for the Child Care Assistance Program is provided by the State of Alaska, Department of Health & Social Services, Division of Public Assistance, Child Care Program Office.
