As Director of Hospice, you will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the day-to-day care of hospice and home care patients and their families. You will also be responsible for the clinical care and medical management activities across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating) as it relates to home care and end-of life palliative care. You will provide leadership to, and will be accountable for, clinical as well as administrative activities.

A bachelor's degree in nursing, and home care experience preferred. Progressively responsible management experience including one year of direct healthcare experience preferred. Experience in fund/program development and public relations would be beneficial.
