Jim Carroll moved to Juneau in November, 1966, with his wife. While raising their five children here, Jim was hired by the Juneau School District for 30 years, was part of the Juneau Volunteer Fire Department for 34 years, retiring as Chief in 2002, and for 14 years served on the Governor’s State Advisory Council for Vocational Education, as Chair for 3 years. He has served on the CCS Board of Directors since June 2004.
