Our senior center services are designed to help persons 60 years of age and older. Persons under the age of 60 with disabilities may also qualify to receive personalized door-to-door transportation services by obtaining an A.D.A. card from the Borough Clerk’s office.

We are located at the Senior Services Building, 1016 Water Street.

Hours of Transportation Service:

For seniors we currently provide transportation Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

The Ketchikan Senior Center also provides complementary paratransit transportation service through a contract with the Ketchikan Gateway Borough. For people of all ages , with disabilities, who qualify for ADA paratransit service, the hours of transportation are:

Monday through Friday, 5:15 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.
Saturday, 6:45 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.
Sunday, 8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

The reservations office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays & holidays 11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon.

It is recommended you call at least one day (24 hours) before you will need the ride.
