Hours of Operation:

Senior Information/Caregiver Resource Center: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Care Coordination: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Counseling: Upon request

Downtown Senior Center: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Valley Senior Center: Monday and Wednesday, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Tuesday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.; Friday, 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Douglas Senior Center: Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Meals on Wheels: Lunch delivered to homes five days per week

Care-A-Van Transportation: Monday – Saturday, 7 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.; Sunday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
